I had a great experience at Hatfields Jaguar Shrewsbury because i was made to feel like a valued customer. The process of purchasing was straight forward and we were kept updated at every stage. Sadly on pick up day on the journey home we experienced an unexpected malfunction which rather spoilt what should have been an enjoyable day. But you wasted no time in providing us with a replacement vehicle whilst ours was sorted out. You replaced an oxygen sensor which couldn’t have been foreseen but do wonder why the non functioning air con wasn’t picked up when it was given its 150 point check. Still it was sorted quickly and professionally and we now are enjoying the vehicle as intended. Thanks to our two sales people who helped us out. Christian and Jamie.

We saw a vehicle on line then visited the garage and spoke to Christian.He was very helpful and professional explained everything we needed to know with it being our first electric car.
